One king bed and two queens, a full kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, an indoor fireplace, a washer and dryer, and a private fenced backyard with a patio. Sleeps up to six, with smart-lock self check-in.

The space

Living room: A bright, open family room for movie nights and downtime, with comfortable sofa seating, a large smart TV with Roku (bring your own logins), an indoor fireplace and books to read. Fast Wi-Fi (170 Mbps) and a dedicated workspace in a room with a door make it easy to work from here.

Kitchen: A well-equipped kitchen with a Whirlpool refrigerator, freezer, Samsung stainless steel electric stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher, plus a coffee maker, toaster, basic spices, cookware, bakeware, plates and glassware. A dining table for shared meals.

Bedrooms: Bedroom one has a king bed; bedrooms two and three each have a queen. Every room has plush bedding, nightstands with lamps, room-darkening shades and closet storage. There is also a safe.

Baths: Two clean, well-stocked bathrooms with a bathtub, fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, a hair dryer and extra paper goods.

The yard: A private, fully fenced backyard with patio seating for coffee, reading or an evening drink.

Laundry: A free washer and dryer in the home, with an iron and a drying rack for clothes.

Sleeping arrangements: The home sleeps up to six: one king bed and two queen beds.

Neighborhood

A quiet, well-kept residential neighborhood in Memphis (38133), close to Germantown Parkway shopping and dining and about 10 minutes from Shelby Farms Park, one of the largest urban parks in the country. Groceries, coffee and casual restaurants are nearby, and quick access to I-40 makes the rest of Memphis an easy drive.

Getting around

Shelby Farms Park is about 10 minutes away. Downtown Memphis and Beale Street are about 20 to 25 minutes via I-40, and Graceland, the Memphis Zoo and the riverfront are a short drive. Free driveway parking, plus easy street parking.

Other things to note

• This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of neighbors, especially outdoors in the evening.
• The primary guest must be 25 or older and stay for the whole reservation. At this time we host out-of-state guests only.
• Security cameras are on the outside of the home only (front porch, rear porch and driveway), to watch the house while it's empty between guests.
• Before check-out, please empty the refrigerator and freezer, bag all trash for the green bins outside, and leave linens and towels unwashed.

No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property; a $250 cleaning fee may apply. A $250 fee may apply if a pet is brought without approval. The home sleeps a maximum of six registered guests. Please return any keys. Please no food or drinks in the bedrooms. Standard check-out is 10:00 AM unless pre-approved; late departures are $75 per 30 minutes (rounded up), and additional charges may apply if check-out is more than two hours late and delays cleaning for the next guest. Damage or missing items may be billed at replacement cost, and significant damage may exceed $500. Guests are responsible for everyone in their group and for the home's contents from check-in to check-out.
